When one fails, the operation is restarted for that player. Afterwards, he is contacted by an alien race by VHS tape, and operates on one of the aliens, gaining the title of Best Surgeon in the Universe. i think it was the same in the normal version before anniversary edition but I guess I had just forgotten how to. The race continues until one of the players succeeds. ok after you complete surgery, corridor and ambulance operations (not needed a++), on the desk there will be a black floppy with written on it. Best of luck.Surgeon Simulator is the mobile device conversion of the PC title Surgeon Simulator 2013. While I can't say I'm pleased with this, for me its not a dealbreaker. Writing up this stuff outside of areas where it will not be read when the devs looks for player feedback is futile. Write so you're easy to empathise with, not someone who'll be dismissed as an entitled melodramic sort that isn't worth giving a second thought to. Include the surgeries you've completed so anyone reading it will have an idea what level skill you have and so they'll understand you got the DLC looking for higher challenges and new mechanics.Include the number of hours you've played and make it clear why having to start with a very small choice of surgeries and having to replay sections isn't something you're ok with. The sort with the best chance of other players with the same objections agreeing with and the best chance of the devs responding to. A good, convincing, thoughtful negative review. Unacceptable that there is no real solution to this beyond "do it again". Originally posted by Gil Van Graff:I am never buying another game or DLC from this company.
